For realtors, relocation coordinators & HR pages

Put this checklist on your site. Free.

If you help people move to Northwest Arkansas, you already answer the same 18 questions every week. Here they are in one place, source-linked, ready to drop onto your own page — no signup, no agreement, no catch. Your clients get something useful; we get the credit line at the bottom.

The code

<iframe id="arkfunk-checklist-embed"
        src="https://arkfunk.com/embed/checklist/"
        title="Moving to Bentonville: the first-90-days checklist"
        style="width:100%;border:1px solid #ddd6c8;border-radius:8px"
        height="1200" loading="lazy"
        sandbox="allow-scripts"></iframe>
<script type="module">
  import { installEmbedSizer } from 'https://arkfunk.com/lib/embed-sizer.js';
  installEmbedSizer(document.getElementById('arkfunk-checklist-embed'), {
    expectedOrigin: 'https://arkfunk.com',
  });
</script>

The iframe ships with height="1200" as a safe default for visitors whose browser blocks cross-frame messaging. The installEmbedSizer call wires up the embed's auto-sizing signal — drop it (or the whole <script>) if you'd rather pin the height yourself.

The terms, in plain words

• Free to embed on any site, commercial or not. No permission needed.
• Keep the ArkFunk credit line at the bottom — that's the whole price, and it's why we can keep the checklist free.
• Don't alter the content or present it as your own writing.
• We keep it current. If a fact changes, your embed updates itself — you never have to maintain it.
• Want a version tailored to your clients, or spotted something wrong? Tell us. The contact form goes to a real person, though a reply can take a few days.

Prefer to just send people a link? arkfunk.com/start is the full version, and it's free too.
