ArkFunk publishes opinionated guides about Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas. We try hard to be accurate, but places change — a coffee shop closes, a trail reroutes, a price goes up. Treat our guides as informed local opinion, not professional, legal, financial, or real-estate advice. Verify anything that matters before you rely on it.

Buying digital products

• Products such as the ArkFunk Palette pack are digital goods delivered as a download after payment.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
• Refunds: because these are instantly delivered digital files, sales are generally final. If something is broken, corrupt, or not as described, email hello@arkfunk.com within 14 days and we'll make it right — a fix or a refund.
• What you buy is licensed for your own personal and commercial creative work. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the files themselves as a competing product.

Intellectual property

The writing, design, and original assets on ArkFunk are ours. You're welcome to quote a short excerpt with a link back, but don't republish whole articles or lift our assets without permission.
