Privacy Policy

ArkFunk ("we," "us") runs this site, a content site about Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that's the whole point of this site.

What we collect

• Email address — only when you give it to us: subscribing to the Funk Dispatch newsletter, requesting the free ArkFunk Palette pack, or buying a product. We store your email, the source (which form), and a timestamp.
• Payment information — if you buy something, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we only receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded.
• Anonymous analytics — we use privacy-first Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across sites.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
• We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
• We don't email you things you didn't ask for. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe from any email.

How we use your information

We use your email to send the newsletter you signed up for, to deliver a product or download you requested, and to send a receipt when you buy something. That's it. Transactional and newsletter email is sent through Resend.

Third parties we rely on

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and anonymous analytics.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending transactional and newsletter email.

Each processes data under its own privacy policy, linked above.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links, which may set a cookie from the destination retailer (for example Amazon or a booking site) so they can credit us if you buy. That cookie is theirs, not ours. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

Your choices & rights

You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in the footer of that email. To see what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted, email hello@arkfunk.com and we'll take care of it. If you're in a jurisdiction with data-protection rights (such as the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), those rights apply here and this is how you exercise them.

Children

ArkFunk is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top. Questions? hello@arkfunk.com.
